My refrigerator complaint DEL10092655526 has been pending for several days. Despite repeated follow-ups and even assurance from Whirlpool’s Head Office/Care Manager

This kind of delay is causing serious inconvenience, especially in the current weather.

@whirlpool_india If this is the kind of service your company intends to provide, then it would be better to shut down the company rather than continue frustrating and troubling your customers. At least, customers would then have the option to move to another brand that actually values their time.

@whirlpool_india I have never experienced such poor service from any company before. Even after receiving a call from your Head Office team, no action has been taken yet. Every day, I am being told “today” or “tomorrow,” but the issue still remains unresolved.

This photo opp is fascinating. Not one Indian soldier seems to have external injuries needing any bandages...they are all able to sit straight up (no internal injuries?), the pristine hospital ward with beds that look un-slept on...zero medical equipment. What is going on here?
