It is almost 3 days now my Wifi is not working , I have raised the concert 2 days back no body even bother to call or even try to resolve issue, and you don't even have customer care whom I can approach.. Really disappointing

I have been trying to reach your toll free no, it take ages to connect to your representative and every time i hear some lame reason for not helping

This is regarding my Two wheeler loan from Hdfc bank, despite of paying the Emi on same day they also deduct additional amount, despite of multiple followups. I got a call that they are going to refund my amount but its almost 2 week..no response @HDFC_Bank .
