@gurpartapstoor You came to Canada and what u should do is stand united with Canadians. Learn to love that culture. Else pls go back and tell other Sikhs that Canada isn’t for them.
@perksverse Well they did build the M processors. Their laptops deserve to have a much higher market share. Maybe if they had more of the gov + education sector…
@JayGenXer@BeautifulCana1 Canada is too dependent on the US and that is the problem. There isn’t much anyone can do. Canada has the raw material. They need to become much more efficient and try to become another manufacturing hub of the world. Also be selective on who u bring in the country.
@DillonLoomis These sensor suits with software will become standards and all vehicles will made so that u can just plug and play them. Once the software is proven everything else is simple. Y are u so worried about the 25k and 100k…
@DillonLoomis What is the cost of these sensors that Waymo uses? How much will it be when they are produced in bulk? That is the main question. Because the Waymo taxi can be their playground and maybe they will sell them and charge the owners for subscriptions.
@GrindeOptions If u invested in Tesla 5 yrs back when everyone was saying the same thing, you would be in a worse position than if u invested in some index funds. So how long r u supposed to wait? Some ppl will eventually want to sell and use the money.
@DillonLoomis@ThomasAlxDmy Keep in mind that the Tesla price in 2021 was based on future earnings growing exponentially… 20M cars by 2030 and FSD by late this year or next year… depending on the time of the earnings call…
@DillonLoomis@elonmusk It’s impossible…also if the car doesn’t come with FSD, it won’t be worth buying coz it won’t run without FSD. And if Tesla wants to charge $2000/month for it, you would have no other option but to pay that.
@sethweathers I returned a bottle of vitamins that I bought by mistake (I thought I had put it back in the shelf). When I returned it, the lady asked if it was opened and I said no. She told me that they take it back even if it was opened. Why would someone return medicine after opening it?
@DillonLoomis@nillosch Also remember, the longer u wait, the longer the Chinese companies have time to catch up. And they will sell their technology to everyone once they solve it.
@SawyerMerritt@SpaceX I think it’s because of the deals with Google and Anthropic. But one important thing here is that these deals, each worth about $1B/month can be cancelled anytime with 90 day notice period. So, this might not be something sustainable in the long term.
