@Ryanair @Ryanair I did the formal complain only to receive response putting the blame on me. As a first time flyer of Ryan Air, this is the most unfortunate experience.

@Ryanair Disappointed with your airport staff behavior and unfair charge for check in. Your app on phone browser has is defective (doesn't allow to complete check in) and you don't seem to care. First time passenger who reach to you for help you end up charging them 'unfairly'
