Principal Writer on SAINTS ROW. Past credits in TV, video games, you name it. LEVERAGE, THE LIBRARIANS, DEAD SPACE 2, SANTA CLAUS: PRIVATE EYE and more.
@tomabernathy This cracks me up, because it basically means that Jean-Luc Picard, the great diplomat and explorer, Gowron's Arbitrator of Succession, is effectively pronouncing "bonjour" as "bahn-jur" every time...
@tomabernathy Per the Klingon Dictionary (and I can't believe we're having this conversation😜), the technical spelling is Qapla', but it is pronounced Qap-la'. "K'plah" is, arguably, an anglicization of the true Klingon pronunciation. https://t.co/9vrFF88PDc

After watching the DS9 episode of #LowerDecks, tried to show my son the real DS9. He made me turn it off after 5 minutes because, and I quote, “It looks like cardboard.”
Ball’s in your court, @paramountplus. Where’s the HD remaster? For the children?
@tomabernathy “This is how democracy ends—with thunderous applause” shocked me by how well it resonated with me even back then. Best moment in the entire trilogy that didn’t involve a three-way lightsaber fight with Ray Park.
@BonecrusherJenk Ugh. No. Pretty much Word, frankly. I’m my experience, comics writing format isn’t nearly as formalized as Screenwriting format. That said, my experience was primarily with online comics, which were truly the Wild West at the time…
@BonecrusherJenk Seriously, though, it depends on what you need it for. There are cheaper alternatives for personal screenwriting. Many bells and whistles on FD are geared for production.
@BonecrusherJenk I have used it often. For helpfulness, it depends what you need. It’s great for screenplay formatting. Less good at doing the dishes. Which is honestly usually more useful.
