We're living in darkness—sleeping and waking up to the sound of fear. We’ve come to know the dark more than the light, and sometimes we ask ourselves: how are we still breathing?

This video is simple, but it comes from the heart of a shattered destroyed shelter , filled with pain… from Gaza, from beneath the rubble.

Don't ignore me please. Tasneem's eye is swelling up quickly, causing puffiness under her innocent eye. It causes her a lot of pain whenever she cries. Tasneem is crying and her eye is burning. Her body is full of pimples and spots. The weather is making her condition worse. Tasneem needs medicine to relieve her pain.

Today we distributed Chef Khaled's wonderful yellow rice, a favorite of many of the people in the camp. It is wonderful to be able to help so many people with Kitchen and we're truly grateful to all of you for helping us with your generous donations. 🙏
Life in #Gaza is very difficult, especially for those living in tents, there are so many people suffering every day here, they're hungry, thirsty and exposed to the elements. Of course there is also the constant threat of bombings and shellings, no place is truly safe. 😢💔
The animals suffer immensely as well, they're scared and hungry, unable to understand what is happening. I want to help them, I have been doing my best to feed and care for them but it is very difficult, pet food is extremely expensive. 😔
