@Airbnb Had an awful stay. Asked for a 2 night refund. Airbnb say no matter how bad the experience is at the property & part of your vacation being ruined, they cannot force an owner to issue any compensation or refund. Yet they CAN force YOU to pay for damages or anything else

@nextofficial Awful experience @ Bracknell. Drove 1 hr today to buy sale jumper. No longer visible. Told stock was out back but then another assistant said it had already been sent back. Untrue. She just couldn’t be bothered to help me & go & get one. Appalling customer service.

@LidlGB The vastly increased £350 spend trial to get £10 off continues as we knew it would. Disgracefully LIDL are trying to sell this scam as a positive move. To do this to customers who are struggling financially in the current climate is an absolute disgrace. Shame on you LIDL
@LidlGB New LIDL voucher added. What an absolute scam. Previously a £200 spend achieved £10 off. With the new increased £250 spend total with a 10% off your next shop reward, this amounts to a total spend now of £350 to get £10 off. Do you think we are all stupid? Not interested!
@Uber so very disappointed with Uber who I use worldwide. I took an UberX (1st on the list ) to later find a £5 tip was added, which I didn’t add & also a £2.25 charge for a pet I didn’t have. I took another Uber later & was charged £2.25 again 4 a pet.Uber refusing to refund me

@HSBC_UK Trying to find out if the Marlow branch is open today as I have a long journey there & so need to know now before I leave, as they had a water leak yesterday. I was told I would be phoned this morning to let me know, but so far no one has called and I can’t call anyone.
@HSBC_UK No phone call received this am as promised about the opening of Marlow branch today. I thought no call so ok to go. After 1hr drive, I find the branch is closed. 2 1/2 hour round trip. A day wasted. I’m furious.Twice in a week HSBC have failed to call me as promised.

It’s no good telling me now. I should have been phoned this morning and told to hang fire or told not to go to Marlowe or called whilst en route & told to go to Henley. Absolutely appalling what you’ve done 2 me this past week. Are you paying for my 2 1/2 hours of wasted petrol?
