If he is found innocent on 1st March 2027 he will still stay in prison until his second court hearing in Nov 2027.

I find it very difficult to understand how space can be found for Danny Tommo to remain in custody, yet we are releasing violent offenders early.

I simply cannot see how there is any justification for it.
