After 30 years as a civil servant and 7 years at WRAP now able to say what I think. Just taken on lead of RSA Sustainability Network - that will keep me busy.
I’ve finally come to the point where the malicious misinformation - from @elonmusk and many others- far outweighs the interesting material from people I know and trust. So I’m off - I will enjoy the time I free up by deleting the app and not wasting my day ploughing through crap.
Carol Vorderman, "The Tufton street mob.. Why are they on TV as independent political voices?"
"They are opaquely funded.. The BBC has all this stuff about impartiality.. But it's nonsense.. Because here's somebody from the Centre for Policy Studies, or the IEA, the Tax alliance.. You're platforming these people and their views"
"And what you find on social media is that everyone is calling it out, and that's where the mistrust escalates"
Hard times for erstwhile sustainability leaders in the business world - Unilever one of the biggest and certainly the most influential to undergo ‘retrenchment’. I was an adviser to Unilever for 28 years - so I’m very sad to have to tell this story. https://t.co/6kgldXzW9x

We need to rewild 30% of the planet to restore nature & protect our wildlife, but Britain is falling behind. So I've signed this new petition calling on one of our biggest landowners - the Church of England - to rewild it's land. Join me? https://t.co/AuaCT5s1iU via @38degrees
I’m getting the strong impression that civil war is something you are promoting- my question is are you stirring this for yourself or on behalf of someone else?
In Britain the police in a car flee a dangerous scene. It seems they have given up enforcing the law in dominant Pakistani heritage areas.
The police last night were nowhere to be seen & the locals were left to defend themselves.
I would say yes. I have no doubt he was told many times to step back - he was bent on confronting the police and he was subjected to a not very exceptional push back. Given what else happened in Plymouth this was not an outrage.
I can’t find out how to block you @elonmusk so hopefully if I say how stupid and dangerous your posts are and how disastrous re-opening accounts for misinformation and hate posters is being, you will block me.
