@AskPS_UK Thank you. Can you please advise the opening time of PlayStation support as each time I've called since Saturday, it's saying they are closed? If they are closed til Wednesday, I was not advised of this on Saturday and was told it would be sorted within 48hrs which it won't be!!!

@Argos_Online impossible to get through on live chat. Phone cuts you off saying they can't help. No response won any social media platform or private messages. This will be getting taken further if nobody gets back to me immediately

@Argos_Online I can't get through on the phone & live chat on the web consistently states busy and doesn't give me any options. I have messaged both on Facebook and Twitter with no response. This is urgent and will be resulting in a customer complaint due to lack of service
