@DigicelTT Lately, I’ve had really unpleasant experiences with the customer service—or lack thereof. I’ve been attempting to reach someone (more than one occasion) to resolve an issue, but every number I dial goes unanswered. Even the *100 option is just unhelpful
@KhaleemTAli It was disheartening to witness on the news especially since it was in South, conducting interviews about support, and the majority responded so negatively. But then again if you really look at who they asked we can’t be so surprised.
