We’re Hiring: Creative Strategist (Remote) – FamsUp Technologies

Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000/month

We’re looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Creative Strategist to join our team remotely. If you understand what makes ads convert and can consistently come up with winning ideas, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Own:

→ Create 30–50 new ad concepts monthly across our product portfolio
→ Write UGC ad scripts that convert
→ Build ad concepts across multiple creative formats
→ Conduct research by mining reviews, comments, competitor ads, and organic content for winning hooks, angles, and ideas
→ Identify high-performing creatives and scale winning concepts

What We Need:

→ Minimum 1 year of experience creating high-performing ads
→ Must have managed ₦5M+ in ad spend
→ Strong ability to identify winning ad concepts and creatives
→ Skilled at writing scroll-stopping hooks
→ Experience using advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
→ Familiarity with AI video creation tools
→ Strong understanding of performance marketing and creative testing
