Episode 3 of interviewing consistently profitable traders. 📈
This time, I spoke with @Bryan_Og2 , and three of his answers were really amazing.
1. What's one mindset shift that instantly improved your trading performance?
"There's no secret. Just be disciplined. And you must not trade every day."
That alone explains why many traders struggle. We often confuse activity with progress.
2. What's the hardest truth you had to accept before becoming consistently profitable?
"You must not win every trade. Consecutive losses don't make you a bad trader."
Accepting losses is part of becoming profitable. Your edge plays out over a series of trades, not a single trade.
3. If you were starting your trading journey all over again, what's the one thing you'd do differently?
"Start with prop firms."
Access to capital changes everything. It forces better risk management and lets skilled traders scale without risking large personal savings.
My biggest takeaway: Every profitable trader I've interviewed says something different, but one theme keeps repeating:
Discipline > Strategy.
I'll keep documenting these conversations and sharing the lessons. Hopefully, they shorten someone else's learning curve💪♥️
I started this trader-support movement with @FTMO_com, with the mission to build the biggest trader-support movement the trading community has ever witnessed.
From the beginning, I made it clear that traders needed more than motivation. They needed real support, real structure, real visibility, and real backing from the traders who claim to care about the trading community. What I am doing has never been done before.
Now, the message is moving. Up to four traders have joined and started doing the same thing. I commend every single one of them. That is how movements begin. One person starts. Others see the vision. Then the community moves.
I told everyone this would become the largest trader-support movement the trading community has ever witnessed. Now it is already happening.
This is bigger than a post, bigger than one trader, and bigger than one mission. This is the beginning of a new standard in the trading world. I started this with FTMO, and by the time this movement is fully built, the trading community will never look at trader support the same way again.
I don't know who needs to hear this but

ForeverInProfit🥂
There were days it took me months to make this amount.
Today, it’s a single running trade and not even close to Target.
That’s the thing about growth.
It doesn’t happen in a straight line.
You struggle for what feels like forever, wondering if you’re making any progress…
Then one day, your skill catches up to your ambition.
What once felt impossible becomes normal.
Keep studying.
Keep improving.
And finally, Keep showing up.
One day, you’ll look back at the goals that once kept you awake at night and wonder why you ever thought they were impossible.
