@PokerStars Please explain how you can advertise a tournament as a re entry when you know there are issues since the re boot. Players affected are at a huge disadvantage and are throwing away their money. WHY ARE THEY STILL RUNNING!!?

@StarsSupport I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 20 years and feel like I’ve been dusted off with no real explanation on why these tournaments are still allowed to advertise as re entry.
Us affected by the issue are at a huge disadvantage to those who are not.

These are advertised as re entry tournaments, I would not in a hundred years enter any of these if I knew I would be unable to re enter if I bust my first bullet, I have added to the prize pool with no chance of cashing if I bust my first bullet.

The problem is that PokerStars know there’s an issue that’s affecting some players and are still letting the re entry tournaments run.

@StarsSupport Understand that the server re starts are important to continue good service.. but why schedule them during these hours? Surely early hours of the morning say 3am-7am would make much more sense!
