@xenobyte_ @jramseyi I have a degree. It took me a fucking decade to build up my skill. I am educated person, it takes time, energy and SKILL to do what I do. I deserve to be compensated fairly for it. Without artists a lot of things would not exist and would not be marketable let alone profitable

@gingerkittenxo @ImFBC @TheRealRynnstar You should know your cat well enough to specifically design a space for them. Why a cat is going on the counters is for two reasons. There is food on there or their space isn’t suitable for them. This is the same reason why cats scratch up furniture or pee outside the litter box

@gingerkittenxo @ImFBC @TheRealRynnstar This also tells me you know fuck all about cats because some cats are ‘tree’ dwellers and some cats are ‘bush’ dwellers. My Siberian cat prefers hiding and sleeping in floor level tunnels and hides, whereas my black cat likes only climbing & being at the highest point in the room

Wanna know what makes that harder to do? Long cat hairs & kitty litter sticking to your wipes and getting all over your dishes and appliances

Just as how artists make their little ai toys work. I think they need to get some humility

Because without a user interface (nevermind a good one), their code is completely useless because nobody other than well… other coders are able to actually use it

You do realise that in a capitalist if you can’t work then you just die. Art is a haven for people who can’t physically have any other career because the barrier to entry is so low

@drankallcoffee As someone who is bisexual like yes, all of this! In high school I was ostracised so badly because I was “weird” and physically bullied out of the lgbtqia club for being bisexual. There were no other clubs I could be apart of. I felt so Wrong and lonely, it really affected me

Then you do and you’re STILL treated like dirt. The personhood comes at 21, then it’s 23, then it’s 25. It’s bullshit! It’s just a bunch of arbitrary rules to keep us oppressed

Also stuff like it’s extremely difficult for us to get housing if we’re not married with children. Our student loans are means tested on our PARENTS income which is disastrous for victims of abuse
