I hope they grow into their company well & discover that their customers support & appreciate them, but not when they just stick their head in the sand on obvious issues. Everyone loses then. Have more faith in your customer’s understanding. Thanks for delivering a good product.

They’d rather embarrass themselves and ask for a new transaction to cover it. Any shame at all?

Any other company would just let their entirely arbitrary $60 + $100 price points absorb that cost as a show of good faith for what has been, in no uncertain terms, a disaster. Greed pure and simple. What you pay shouldn’t matter - @bakingjason set his own timetables, he promised updates, and he advertised a quality mask then sent out crappy ones. Grinding he ain’t

@MadmanBy@bakingjason I’m 16 weeks in on an order that was quoted to be around 2. I only get messages with same dishonest timeframe. @bakingjason has been allowed to do his thing and the result is low quality masks delivered super late. People saying “let them do their thing” are why this happens.
