I have emailed customer service a couple of times since this happened and I posed, I keep reading the warranty, now I am out of date, yet my purse is still broken, I still love @toryburch just purchased shoes recently, but upset I didn't get this problem addressed.

@toryburch I have sent emails etc over 2 years and no reply about my bag yet, so maybe if I post the receipt I will get a response, love my bag but as you can see broke. it was purchased May 1, 2023 so I was within the year warranty bad business.
