วันนี้เบ้บขออนุญาตออกมาพูด
เพื่อเรียกร้องความเป็นธรรมให้กับตัวเอง
และเพื่อปกป้องสิทธิ์ในการทำงานอย่างสุจริต

เบ้บได้รับงาน Event หนึ่ง โดยตลอดกระบวนการ
ได้รับข้อมูลจากผู้ดูแลศิลปิน (อดีต) ว่า
ลูกค้าได้ชำระค่าจ้างให้กับบริษัทต้นสังกัดครบถ้วนเรียบร้อยแล้ว

ในระหว่างการทำงาน ผู้ดูแลศิลปิน(อดีต)ได้ขอความร่วมมือให้เบ้บช่วยดูแลเพิ่มเติมในส่วนของทีมงาน เช่น ชุด แต่งหน้า ทำผม และทีม AR ซึ่งจริง ๆ แล้วอยู่นอกเหนือขอบเขตหน้าที่ของเบ้บ
แต่เพื่อให้งานออกมาดีที่สุด เบ้บและทีมจึงรับผิดชอบในส่วนนี้ และได้สำรองจ่ายค่าทีมงานทั้งหมดไปก่อนเป็นที่เรียบร้อย

ภายหลังจบงาน เบ้บได้รับข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมจากผู้ใหญ่ท่านหนึ่งว่า
บริษัทต้นสังกัดได้รับชำระเงินเพียง 50%
และเงินอีก 50% ที่เหลือ ถูกโอนจ่าย “โดยตรง” ให้กับศิลปินบางท่าน

อย่างไรก็ตาม จนถึงวันนี้
เบ้บยังไม่ได้รับค่าจ้างในส่วนของตัวเองแม้แต่บาทเดียว
ทั้งที่เป็นผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และเป็นผู้สำรองจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายดังกล่าว

เบ้บได้พยายามติดต่อผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่าย
เพื่อขอความชัดเจนอย่างตรงไปตรงมา
ซึ่งทางบริษัทต้นสังกัดได้ชี้แจงเป็นหนังสือดังที่แนบมา แต่ในส่วนอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องยังไม่ได้รับการคำชี้แจงที่ชัดเจน และไม่มีการติดต่อกลับมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน

สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น
ทำให้เบ้บมีข้อสงสัยถึงความไม่สอดคล้องในกระบวนการชำระเงิน
ซึ่งไม่ควรเกิดขึ้นกับการทำงานในระบบที่ควรมีความชัดเจนตั้งแต่ต้น

สำหรับเบ้บ เรื่องจำนวนเงินอาจไม่ใช่ประเด็นที่ใหญ่ที่สุด
แต่สิ่งที่กระทบความรู้สึกมากกว่าคือ
ความซื่อตรงและความโปร่งใสในการทำงานที่ควรมีต่อกัน

วันนี้เบ้บจึงขอออกมาแสดงความบริสุทธิ์ใจ
ยืนยันว่าไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงใด ๆ
ในรูปแบบการชำระเงินครั้งนี้

และ ณ ขณะนี้
เบ้บยังไม่ได้รับคำตอบหรือคำอธิบายอย่างชัดเจนรวมถึงยังไม่ได้รับค่าจ้างจากการทำงานดังกล่าว
