As long as Brunson stays healthy, this is KAT vs Wemby, and I don't feel confident picking Wemby over KAT for bully ball cred. So this series is Knicks for me.
@counter_pt@RealSwoletariat@NateSilver538 Gabble's probably surveying this with a dummy account, so here's some advice - the Heritage report is actually a very good cite for the argument you're trying to make, but only for people who, like you, haven't read it. It's a little dated, but ever so long and non-partisan.
@counter_pt@RealSwoletariat@NateSilver538 You're missing my point. You could do as much research as you want and it wouldn't matter, cause there's nothing there to find. You imagine meaningful election fraud could and/or did take place. Only citation you'll accept is gonna have to come from that imagination as well.
@DanWolken@clarencehilljr Her 33% career three point percentage is below the WNBA average. She is not the WNBA version of Steph. She's good, but she's not generation-defining nor WNBA saving.
@fr3nchbanana@CoyDavidsonCRE@clarencehilljr I think you do have to define it, or else your argument is meaningless. I'm not that old, and yet I've paid social security tax for over 30 years. That's not a welfare handout, that's MY fucking money. And I'm entitled to get it back, cause it's MINE.
@fr3nchbanana@CoyDavidsonCRE@clarencehilljr Welfare-state issues...I'm not sure what that even means, and I highly doubt you do either, but I guess it's something worth saying, if someone has taught you to say it, so congratulations!
@counter_pt@RealSwoletariat@NateSilver538 I know your response was meant to be sparky, but you're a PhD and a chemist. What would be the professional response if you alleged something to be true, but could provide neither a citation nor experimental results to back up your assertion? Why apply a different standard here?
@counter_pt@RealSwoletariat@NateSilver538 If meaningful election fraud actually happened, the names of the people involved and in charge would be plastered over every kind of media in existence, and their opponents would successfully sue them in court. But there are no such names, and there are no such cases.
@counter_pt@RealSwoletariat@NateSilver538 I agree that having mail in ballots back by election day would be ideal, but no study has found meaningful election fraud, and the idea that rampant election fraud exists, is a false one propagated intentionally for problematic political and social purposes.
@RealSwoletariat@NateSilver538 I mean a ballot postmarked on the day of an election is "cast" on the exact same day as someone casting a ballot in person on the day of the election, so it actually kind of makes sense if you think about it.
@ass_deans@lawprofblawg The funniest part is Rand would have hated the vast majority of her "supporters," and likely would have thought the lot a bunch of grifters.
@CuffsTheLegend This is as good a time as any to point out once again that LeBron is 22-33 in Finals games...that's...gulp, 11 games UNDER .500. Despite him engineering super teams at every stop he made. He's not better than Jordan, Russell, Kareem, Magic, or Kobe, and Steph had a bigger impact.
@romanhelmetguy@GenHeres123 That's a big nope buddy, that's you trying to rationalize your way out of getting owned by someone who actually knows what they're talking about. Your desperation and what Homer thought ain't the same thang.
@300mirrors It's not a Greek story. If a Greek from 3,000 years ago -when the oral tradition for the Odyssey began - stepped into modern day Greece, nobody would be able to under a thing they said. Modern Greeks are as close to ancient Greeks as a New York City Italian is to a Roman.
