Here’s what’s on the menu for our grand opening party at Little Death tomorrow. We’ll toss up the ol’ truck window and start taking orders at 5pm but the real fun begins at 7pm. Come shove some sandos in your mouth and chug champagne with us.
We had our Limón y Sal pop-up two years ago today. Chef Conrado and his team did an incredible job that night despite the many hurdles we faced. Thank you all for the support over the years. We can’t wait to do something again soon.

As everyone knows, these are wild times we are living in. We will be back soon and have a lot planned for the future. Hang in there, make some delicious food at home, and support local restaurants and businesses when you can. We miss you and can’t wait to see you soon.
I was at a restaurant and heard someone mention some “Fantom pop-up thing” and my ears perked up. He told his friends about our Paper Tiger event and how good the food was. My heart is happy. You rock, @_davzd.
Time to take a small break from @fantomkitchen stuff. I need to focus on @sabeermag Issue 10 and the Craft Brewers Conference print. Keep an eye out for the next pop-up in May.
