@pelumi_akin With this context, it’s a case of market demand. Are there willing clients that do not resign to fate and are set to start and finish such cases? Do these clients have the ability to pay (in any form agreed to) and not be emotionally worn out by the process?
@Chinaluemmanuel When I read this judgment, I wondered again if the Court understood the intention behind the provision of the ACJA on video recording. The Court simply said “go and amend the Evidence Act”. That decision took us back on the administration of justice.
I recommend that you read (if you have not) Conrad’s “Heart of Darkness” and Cary’s “Mister Johnson” to understand Achebe’s perspective and the reason “Things Fall Apart” is deservedly hyped.
@The_Ogundipe I like and use both. While I’ve never used the online version of NWLR, I’ve an attachment to the hard copy and its index. Aside from pleasure reading, I use the NWLR when I have much time. On the other hand, Primsol come in handy when I’m pressed for time.
