How can we report this irrisponsible driver? Driving way above speed limit in a school zone, going outside the lane/ to the wrong lane to bypass cars, jumping infront of cars for left turn, and almost hitting a boy on his scooter

Hey @amazonca what's happening with your customer service!! I had a couple of an unauthorized transaction on August 4&5 and called around 6 times. I was promised to get my money back but I didn't, all what I received for the 6 times I called that my account was reset.

It seems that everyone is trying to pass it over to someone else, but what I really noticed was that most if not all of those who I spoke to weren't on Canadian soil.

I was also told that the (digital card) wasn't claimed and you were able to cancel it before deleting it, so you got your money back and I didn't.
I am on hold now to try to escalate this but last time I called I had the pleasure to talk to amzoners from Canada, Carribean& USA

How long does it take to prepare my curb side order? I placed my order on April 24th!!
I usually get it within 2-24 hours from other hardware stores.
I tried to call the customer service but the message said "we can't connect you at this time"🙄🙄
