At a press conference in Delhi, Awami League leader Sajib Wazed Joy claimed that Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI is operating freely in Bangladesh.

In response, the country's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Tahir Andrabi has rejected the allegations of the role of Pakistan's intelligence agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) in Bangladesh.

Meanwhile, a mysterious fire broke out at the residence of the Pakistani High Commissioner in Dhaka early Thursday morning, leaving the ambassador and his wife admitted to the Continental Hospital's ICU. Although the Pakistan High Commission says the fire started from an electrical short circuit, many believe there is another mystery behind it that the Pakistani High Commission is hiding.

In several countries, including Nepal, the Pakistani ISI uses the residences of envoys to store their manufactured fake Indian currency and drugs.
