Lajka - pivovar a café has a new single hop Světlý Ležák, Most, brewed with a new cultivar of the same name. It tastes tropical, like lychee or something like that; almost like sunshine to one's palate. Suitably against the season (though tbh, I want Ms Baker on tap)

So we delayed kegging the white wine barrel aged lager so this week we are brewing its replacement lager using@loads of @CrispMalt Háná Malt and Vienna with Munich malts and some Lubelski hops from @CharlesFaram it’s going to be a good spicy Saaz-like character.
