कल देर रात पटना में 87 छात्रों को गिरफ़्तार कर बेऊर जेल भेजा गया है। उनके खिलाफ़ 109 और 121 BNS के धाराओं में FIR किय��� गया है।

109 हत्या के प्रयास से संबंधित धारा है। इस धारा में 10 साल तक की कैद है। क्या आंदोलन करने वाले छात्रों पर इन धाराओं में केस ��ोता है..?

नीतीश कुमार के समय बिहार कई आंदोलनों का गवाह रहा है लेकिन कभी इस तरह से छात्रों को इतनी गंभीर धाराओं में जेल नहीं भेजा गया है। उन्हें डिटेन किया गया है और फिर छोड़ दिया गया है।

बिहार में भाजपा का मुख्यमंत्री बनाकर जो नीतीश कुमार ने ग़लती किया है उसे पूरा बिहार देख रहा है। सबको चुनाव का इंतजार है।

Amer Khan was attacked by BJP Armoor Town President Mandela Balu and his associate in the presence of Police. Instead of arresting the accused, Telangana Police has filed a case against the victim and had detained him.
