SC judgment on final examination for College students

1. UGC guideline for mandatory final examination correct. It is also right in saying no promotion without exams

2. States have power under Disaster Management Act to order postponement of exams in view of pandemic (1/2)

VTU after trying to make sure that students who are writing exams in August also appear for special exams in December by setting a question paper which is of completely different scheme to earn that extra exam fees

When VTU said that question paper is gonna be a bit easy compared to last time. I never thought that they would ask you to write your own data set and explain it.

VTU students : please conduct online exams with at least one day gap between each subject.

VTU : you will have offline exams with no gap between each subject.
