Market cap uses today’s price × supply.

Realized cap measures what people actually paid, valuing coins at the price when they last moved.

Big difference. Important insight.

Market cap is everywhere. Realized cap isn’t—because it reflects the real cost basis.

That’s the one used for serious evaluation.
