Well what i feel is the problem goes beyond infrastructure.Traffic management itself needs professionalization.Simply transferring personnel from khaki to blue uniforms does not automatically create trained traffic managers.Srinagar needs dedicated,well trained traffic personnel equipped with modern tools,technology and traffic engineering knowledge to handle a rapidly growing urban traffic . #srinagar #kashmir
