We have had to watch brides cry, grooms in disarray, our small business dragged thru the mud. WB #4075215115. This is wrong in all level. You must rectify this with compensation. We have received several conflicting info from @DHLCanadaHelp and DHL Hong Kong. This is a SHAME

It arrived in Cincinnati then resent back to Hongkong without reasons known to us. We need to hear from DHL now. 2 weddings this Saturday
