Pendapat yang tepat CC yang jelas haram adalah produk CC daripada bank konvensional kerana ada unsur qadr/pinjaman yang diambil dalam akad (term & condition) yang dipersetuji kedua-dua pihak.

Adapun CC islamik (akad ujrah), masih harus jika digunakan untuk keperluan.

Keharusannya pada akad ujrah, bukan qadr (pinjaman) yang haram jika ambil manfaat daripadanya.
