प्रदेश के निजी स्कूलों में मनमानी रोकने, फीस को नियंत्रित करने और छात्रों व अभिभावकों के हितों की रक्षा करने के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाया गया है।

निजी विद्यालयों को फीस की पूरी जानकारी सार्वजनिक करना अनिवार्य, मनमानी बढ़ोतरी व अनावश्यक शुल्क पर रोक होगा।

साथ ही किताबें-यूनिफॉर्म कहीं से भी खरीदने की स्वतंत्रता, छात्रों को फीस बकाया पर भी परीक्षा/परिणाम से वंचित नहीं किया जाएगा।

आदेश उल्लंघन होने पर कड़ी कार्रवाई तय है।

इससे प्रदेश में शिक्षा व्यवस्था अधिक पारदर्शी, न्यायसंगत और सुलभ बनेगी।
