Dear @OSCE, @osce_odihr, @OSCE_Serbia representatives, @TheJusticeDept, @USDOJ_Intl, @INTERPOL_HQ, @Interpol, @eu_enlargement_, @EU_Commission, @eusrbija, @MartaKosEU @vonderleyen, this is to bring to your immediate attention a matter of grave concern regarding the rule of law, international justice, and democratic integrity in the Republic of Serbia.

On October 9, 2026, during a major ruling party @sns_srbija political rally in Kragujevac held outside the "Jezero" Hall, Milan Radoičić, the former vice-president of Serb List who remains under international sanctions and is wanted in connection with serious criminal acts, was documented publicly participating in the event. Video footage captured by independent media shows Radoičić arriving and standing in the immediate company of Danilo Vučić, the son of @predsednikrs.

Despite being indicted and wanted internationally for his role in armed violence and illicit operations, Milan Radoičić continues to operate freely in #Serbia without judicial accountability or enforcement of international arrest warrants.

His presence alongside the son of the @avucic , who arrived at the venue escorted by state security vehicles equipped with emergency flashing lights, indicates implicit official protection and patronage at the highest levels of power.

The active participation and prominent visibility of individuals tied to organized violence and international sanctions at pre-election rallies directly undermines the fairness, security, and democratic legitimacy of the current electoral environment.

In light of these developments, this is to respectfully request from your respective offices taking the following actions:
1. OSCE / ODIHR: Formally document this incident within your election observation reporting as evidence of impunity and intimidation tactics influencing the electoral climate.
2. INTERPOL & International Law Enforcement: Re-evaluate and mandate the immediate compliance of local state authorities regarding active Red Notices and cross-border criminal cooperation.
3. European Union & US Department of State: Issue a formal statement demanding clarification from @SerbianGov regarding the state protection afforded to sanctioned individuals, and assess the implications for regional stability and EU accession commitments.

.@avucic is turning the diaspora vote into a democratic scandal. Serbian citizens living abroad face obstacles that make voting unnecessarily difficult, while Republika Srpska enjoys an extraordinary concentration of polling stations. Equal citizenship demands equal access to the ballot. If these discriminatory conditions are not corrected immediately, the legitimacy of the electoral process itself will be seriously called into question.
