@Grain_Cycles Sustainability, environmental concerns, farm to table, etc. have all increased the interest in how farms are operated. It’s interesting to see. I’ll tell them hi.

@KO6261 @Grain_Cycles It hard to say, but there is definitely more interest in learning about the farm from the younger generation (Millennials), even if they have never lived around it. There’s real interest in the sustainability.

@Grain_Cycles Interestingly, I am starting to see the younger generation of off-the-farm owners (recently inherited, more specifically) actually have more interest in partnering with a crop share lease. They are more interested in learning about the farm and helping sustain the land.

Interest in farmland as an investment continues to increase. Typically non-ag related investors now looking at farmland. Farmland typically follows inflation, similar to gold but with an income component.
