@DVsefbbfd @monsoon_winters @kinkymommyxo @justme_natalia no, they don't. in trans women, the brain undergoes a radical feminization in a body that mostly produces androgens, something that takes cis women an entire puberty of being exposed to estrogens. that's impressive, and not "largely" in any range of their sex at birth at all.
