What I do think is very naughty, is the way these 'changes' to SEND are being 'drip fed' to the public. Leaked piecemeal. No transparency. The solution to the problem is not to remove what is a very clear legal system, but to force LAs to comply with the system already in place.

I welcomed experts to Parliament tonight to bust myths on the cuts to disability benefits.

MPs are being told changes to employment support will offset any harm.

This is a false equivalency - these are the biggest cuts since George Osborne.

I will vote against these cuts.
