@TransLink the elevators at Commercial Stn from Millennium line isnโt working and there is no escalators either. There is an elderly man with a walker there, csn you send him someone to help him get up?
@TELUS@TELUSsupport I was on hold for 1 hr 33 mins for technical support because our home services arent working and suddenly the automated agent says โwe are closedโ and my call is disconnected. Its 9:40pm PST. Do you not have 24/7 support?
@TransLink This is in regards to Feedback ID 1342546 submitted on your website. Basically the bus driver and this friend refused to let an elderly lady board the bus at Lougheed claiming it was โfullโ b/c they wanted to chat. You can see a few stops later, the bus is pretty empty
@TransLink I find that this is a pattern with the 152โฆ..Its never consistent during rush hour commute or its full. When I got here at 4:27pm, the line was already long and now its even longer obviously because no bus between 4:25pm and 5:10pm
