.@Clear your Terminal 2 with pre-check boarding at SAN is awful. You have to stand in a very long pre-check line, to then get access to the Clear kiosk. Create a unique line for Clear, otherwise your premium is non-existent

@SeitaJ @British_Airways Hi. Luckily today, after 29 days, I received my bag! British Airways’ site still says “bag found coordinating delivery” though. So the system is definitely delayed. Hoping yours doesn’t take much longer!

@HRushmer @British_Airways Hope you get it back. Mine has been missing since June 14. I got to London on the 15th, and they said they sent my bag from Phoenix on next flight out on the 16th, but that’s when updates stopped. Now they don’t know if bag is in PHX or LHR. Sharing all this in case helpful

@British_Airways @AmericanAir how can you misplace a bag for 24 days? Please can someone help? British Airways says the don’t know where the bag is since it’s an AA tag. What kind of partnership and customer service is this?

@British_Airways my bag has now been missing for 20 days. @AmericanAir can you help? Flew AA2094 on June 14, then connected on BA288. Bag never made it after flying AA2094. I don’t even care when I get it back, just want to know someone has it and in what city
