@TMobileHelp The 3 people I spoke with at the 2 stores didn't suggest anything other than the app. Even if the T-Life app worked on my phone, I would hate to have to do things that way.

Tried to get a new phone at two @TMobile stores.
Q: Are you an existing customer?
A: Yes
Q: You have to use the TLife app to get a phone.
A: I can't get one in store?
Q: No, you have to use the app.
A: *TLife is not available on your device.

4) Pasting in an email via the context menu is broken. "Your browser can't access the clipboard, so use these shortcuts" @outlook.live.com is the only place this occurs.

Things that really bug me about @outlook.live.com:
1) My default font isn't the default for new emails more than half the time.
2) There is no red squiggly for misspelled words, only a red background when the cursor is in a misspelled word.

3) Adding contacts and them not being shown for new emails. Type their name, nothing.

@AMZNVideoGames I've been trying to get my vendor code reactivated since Jan, when I opened a support case. My game Kilgazar is being sold on Amazon despite the fact that I cannot access my catalog, update product pages, view sales reports, etc.
