The biggest thing I found useful in developing a project with friends is implementing a structured SDLC model (with some leeway of course) .
Without it, people are prone to take on too much or too little and the project gets stuck in a standstill.
Big updates!!
I started a new app with my roommates, MVP production in progress. Finished Figma designs in one day. Launch date ~ 2-3 months.
Finished the first section of the Angular.js project and passed it onto my supervisors.
I brought a friend onto the AI planner project
Finally got google maps API working on my angular project (kinda, not all features added yet).
It took SO LONG. Funny thing is, I still don't know the issue still. Will look into it deeper now.๐ซก
Update:
Trying to make a proper schedule for myself.
The key things (other than courses) are:
- Development time
- Business
- Application time
- Leetcode time (Includes reading time for Cracking the coding interview)
- Family time
- Gym time (cut will be dubious)
- Friend time
Don't be that teammate who blindly refactors code and only makes things worse.
Let's look at some good vs bad refactoring patterns with real examples ๐งต
Wow its been a while! i ended up having to put a hold on SOS but I am still working here and there on my project.
I am mainly focusing on improving my Angular and getting more proficient with advanced concepts for work.
I a using Plural sight courses and taking notes+coding.
