Already Rich

Sitting in the sauna today, I found myself thanking God for the simple miracles, eyes that see, ears that hear, a nose that smells, a mouth and tongue that speak and taste, hands that create, and feet that carry me forward.

We overlook these blessings because they’ve always been there. Yet if asked to choose between our eyesight and billions of dollars, most of us wouldn’t even pause. And still, we call ourselves unlucky, forgetting that we already possess riches far greater than the things we chase every day.
