@HMRCcustomers Hi Hasham, it was changed to K696 in error. I was on the phone for 45mins this morning. Was told it would be changed back and refunded in January pay but no apology offered and it doesn't keep a roof over my head. The stress is unbelievable, this shouldn't keep happening
