@tkasey32077 Hi! If the rental agency lets you to turn off the installed transponder you can use the FastToll app. Most companies do. Please be sure to write down the license plate info before returning it so you have it for the payment.

@BrianRath6 I see we responded to your email soon after you sent it but maybe it went to spam. You paid through the app but were already registered for Pay-by-Plate which is why the tollway sent you that bill. For questions about duplicate payments, please contact IL Tollway directly.

@BarbaraMBarnett Hello! It is $0.99 or 10% of the total toll payment. For example, if you are paying for 3 tolls in one payment that total $8, the processing fee will be $0.99. If you have 6 tolls that total $16, the processing fee will be $1.60. Thanks!

@pressurebooger Typically yes but double check with your rental agency: some require that their toll payment is used instead. If you do use FastToll make sure to write down the vehicle license plate before returning your car as you will need it for payment. Thanks!
