SOMEONE NEEDS TO SEE THIS
There is an app called Aspire News for people in abusive relationships. It’s disguised as a news app but actually has domestic violence resources and a “Go Button” that starts recording and alerts local authorities when you’re in trouble.
This whole discrepancy with people hearing different things from the same sound is really tripping me out low-key… like... Who would’ve thought that hearing shit was so complex!?
Now I’m just thinking about people hearing the same song and hearing it differently in their heads…
Toronto been so alive this winter, I don't know what's about to happen in the city this summer. New Drake soon reach, The Raptors and the Leafs can potentially make noise in the playoffs, kush soon legal ........jeez.
I know a lot of people who tell me they can’t delete their Instagram accounts because they think they’ll become disconnected. This isn’t true. If you don’t need it as a business tool I highly recommend temporarily deleting your account to see how much positive you can gain.

• Never checked phone during face to face interactions.
• Remembered what using my memory as a camera roll felt like.
• Was present.
Things that changed for me when I deleted Instagram for a week:
• Was only contacted by people I knew.
• Found happiness and calm in solitude.
• Noticed how ridiculous it looks to photograph food in a restaurant.
• Meditated way more.
• Was okay with brief states of boredom.
