I prefer eating and cooking alone without my family around idk why but it's annoying because then they'll think I'm not eating just because they don't see it.
Anyway idk if this will work for anyone else but niche binge prevention tip ig π look at the things you have in that you'd consider binging on then make a list and organise it
It's so annoying how easy it would be to binge because I still live with my parents. There's always so much food in the kitchen RIGHT THERE tempting me. Also if I eat something they'll think 'oh he likes this, let's get more!' which is sweet but urghhhh
@aspartameadd1ct This is just trying to point to logical reasons for it though which is pretty useless because love/crushes/etc don't function based on what's logical, it just happens and triggers hormonal reactions in your brain/body.
IMO anyway
@aspartameadd1ct I think one of the main things is that you're each other's priority. Compared to friends that have their own partners and other friends so won't necessarily be there for you.
Also
- nonsexual intimacy (cuddling etc)
- if you move in together it's cheaper than living alone
