@kitty_16928@shantii4ever and they called you and told you that was the reason ? i guess the directing he was involved with for dark blood was a complete flop then ๐ค
Dear @BELIFTLAB
Respectfully speaking if your intention was to provoke a reaction by rebranding something intertwined with our memories, our history and the bond we have carried for years then allow me to offer my sincereth congratulations. You succeeded. Unfortunately I suspect the reaction you received was not the one you anticipated:) (fuck you anyway)
Did you truly imagine that removing a hyphen would diminish our hope? That it would weaken our resolve? Would compel us to surrender, falter or quietly walk away? Oh divine heavens what a remarkable miscalculation. For if anything it hath accomplished the precise opposite and reminded us of what we are fighting to preserve. It has reminded us of the memories forged over nearly six years. The laughter, the tears, the growth. The countless moments that connected artists and fans in ways no branding decision could ever fully comprehend. Listen up you little scoundrel (yes you belift) , a symbol may be altered, a design may be revised even if a name gets reformatted yet the history attached to it remains beyond the reach of corporate hands. You may modify appearances but you cannot rewrite what people lived through. YOU CANNOT REWRITE THE HISTORY WE CREATED! And therein lies the distinction. What many of us witness is not merely a change in presentation but another example of a continuing disregard for the emotional significance that such things hold for those who have invested years of their lives into this journey. If the objective was to make us forget that you have failed(as you always do) or to make us let go that you have failed (once again) OR if the objective was to weaken our loyalty towards our 7? you have failed most spectacularly of all- once again- as always (see how I used hypen to connect your doings? Hmm learn something)
For we did not embark upon this path because it was easy. We embarked upon it because there were seven individuals whose music, words and presence helped countless people through moments they shall never even know existed. Enhypen comforted us without knowing our names, they gave strength to people they would never meet and many of us have not forgotten that.
So no, Belift. Your tactics shall not persuade us to abandon those we cherish. They shall not convince us that loyalty is a disposable thing (like your dignity) And they certainly shall not erase nearly six years of memories simply because a corporation wishes to redefine the narrative.
We stood upon this path for our seven and there we shall remain. For some bonds are not severed by rebranding but arw strengthened by resistance
I foresaw your announcement long before it arrived. Pray allow me to tell you that with the same confidence I present myself when I predict your downfall. Watch me.
Every few days we're expected to adapt to something new. New direction, changes, no explanations. We spent years connecting with ENHYPEN's identity, and now even hyphen, the connectionโis gone.
It feels like we're constantly being asked to let go of the things we connected to.
If the members wanted or liked this change, I have no problem with it and I fully support them. But if the company did this just to push a certain narrative, they need to realize itโs having a counterproductive effect. What fans need to accept a new reality is normality, not having everything that felt familiar and connected to them for 6 years vanish in a single day.
โIf a proper closure was given, or at least if the members were allowed to mention each other instead of their 6 year memories being wiped out, fans would have adjusted and accepted things over time anyway. Instead of providing the normality fans need, you are giving them reasons to wake up every day wondering, "What happened this time?" This doesnโt help fans embrace the future, it only makes them feel alienated and emotionally exhausted in their own fandom.
You know #those ppl being happy about the rebrand only confirms that they will swallow literally anything that the company does. They have no backbone nor any nostalgia. they are robots incarnate. they neither have feelings nor the capability to talk about how unnecessary it is
Yโall are just nasty pretending like that hyphen meant nothing all these years. Your hatred for Heeseung made it so easy for you to accept anything new that Belift pulls. You canโt build 6 years of concept around the word โconnectionโ then strip it away on a random day like it meant NOTHING. This isnโt about liking or not liking it, itโs about taking away the very core of the group and what kept us and the members connected for so long. And if the โENโ was really in the hyphen like you guys like to pretend it is they wouldnโt have changed the descriptions. Stop swallowing everything that Belift shits just to not agree with us. But again, yโall wouldnโt know the meaning of connection, and youโve proven it more often than not.
@w0nswrld@chxrishive@wonfixation yes and belift will absolutely treat enhypen well going forward as weโve seen them do throughout the years, fans should have zero concerns and just move along with the flow, gotcha ! well, as they say the world keeps spinning so who cares right ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ
@bambi_baekgu Yeah number of members doesn't matter to me cause enhypen is enhypen regardless of the number of members they have, each one of them represent and embody enhypen even exo who went from 12 to 6 is still exo and so is Enhypen despite having 6 members.
Ofc otsicks are happy about the hyphen being removed, tf do they even know about connection when they threw a whole member to the trash less than 3 days after he left??
why do these freaks lack nuance so much lol ofc theyโd describe it as simple โprogressionโ like the group wasnt already heading there with tsv โฆ stop being dense man you know exactly why everyoneโs bothered and its not just about a logo.
