🙃 Why we might be idiots

Philly is our first market out of California. Conventional wisdom in beer is to grow geographically. This is because beer is heavy so moving it is expensive and beer sells better when it’s “local”.

🤓 Why we might be smart

1. Lane Johnson is a legend in Philadelphia and is an investor and proactive supporter of Fathers. HUGE starting advantage.

2. Gabe our co-founder has been based in Philadelphia for the last 7 years training elite elite athletes and building community.

3. Philadelphia is a BEER town. They love their lagers and way over index.

4. It can be our beach head to other east coast cities and would validate that we aren’t just a “California” brand.

1️⃣ THE BET - I bet $10,000 on the Eagles to win the Super Bowl. If they do, I’m giving away 250,000 beers to the people of Philly. Should be great content all year. Let’s go birds 🦅!!

2️⃣ TAILGATE - Tailgaters love beer AND they love the Eagles. Match made in heaven. We have 7 foot cut outs of Lane, 6 of the largest tailgates carrying Fathers, beer bottle costumes, and all the swag for all 8 home games.

3️⃣ SALES - On the ground sales team focused on bars and restaurants to drive sampling.

4️⃣ PR BLITZ - Our launch was covered in Good Morning Philadelphia (FOX), Philadelphia Business Journal, CPG Wire, Philly Voice, and more. LOVE https://t.co/4etjFTULrs. Highly recommend.
