Jahlael Bey has got me thinking... 🤔

So if a white man can split himself between a State citizen and his sole prop (14th Amendment citizen), why couldn't a black man do the same?

The only real difference is the black man would not be able to touch the Bill of Rights directly in Federal court... but his sole prop could. He has no access to Article IV, Section 2, Clause 1.

So in my cases you see a white State citizen with his sole prop. Could you also have a black State citizen with his sole prop?

In a State court application, this would look very similar to my cases. In a Federal application is mainly where you would see a difference in this because... if you look at my case 15 you see me make direct causes of action out of the first ten Amendments. A black citizen of a State would not be able to do that.

The revocation of election is technically workable from an application basis but unworkable theoretically.

What i mean by this is the RoE often does have a positive effect with the IRS, BUT IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO. It's entirely irrelevant and has nothing to do with anything and should NOT be processed... but it often is.

That's why i got rid of the one i made in Dec of 2024 and replaced it with the authorization to settle the account of the taxpayer using a bill of exchange that is processed on Fedwire.

That "process" is both practically and theoretically sound. It's not something that could come bite you in the ass one day.

The RoE is not something i have recommended anyone do since late 2024, but i am always amazed at the positive effects it causes. The problem with it is if there are any negative effects, you have nothing to stand on because the document is irrelevant.

A white citizen of a State cannot pay any debts except in gold and silver coins in accordance with Art I Section 10 of the US Constitution. Also a white citizen of a State is not a US citizen or other US person and is also not involved in a trade or business in the United States.

There is no "election" to pay taxes... you are either a white citizen of a State who cannot pay taxes or you are a US citizen which, in that case, you can simply authorize the campus to settle the account of the taxpayer using a discount service such as Fedwire or the new FedLine.

18 USC 242, 18 USC 241, 42 USC 1983 and 42 USC 1985 all come from the negro's Civil Rights Act of 1866. So the question is: can a white citizen of a State use them?

Well this is a complex question that has probably never been truly decided by the courts, beyond cases like Bradwell v. State.

In Bradwell v. State, Mr. Miller makes it clear that a white citizen of a State may not use the 14th Amendment AGAINST THE STATE IN WHICH THEY ARE A CITIZEN. But what about when he is outside his domicile State?

Well i would say no because he would use Article IV, Section 2, Clause 1 for that. There is no need for statutory application.

Also, can a white citizen of a State report a 14th Amendment citizen as a foreigner? That would be a great question to ask... can a white citizen report a 14th Amendment citizen in the same way someone from France could?

Excellent questions that will be brought into the courts by our Skool group.

I worked on the Treatise a little more to polish it up after the videos that Jahlael Bey made about it.

Really interesting stuff, Jahlael was right. I was able to dig up a State-by-State breakdown of how State citizenship was handled with blacks.

Amazingly, i even found out that blacks can actually be citizens of their respective States... they just have no Federal recognition and would have no protections outside of their State.

I tried my best to dig through the Treatise and find anything that needed to be adjusted due to this discovery, so if i missed anything then let me know.

I look forward to Jahlael's next video regarding the Treatise and if it sparks more work to expand or correct anything, I'll be more than happy to do so.
