@tabrez_talks@MundaPunjaabi@whoiswrs As long as you have a sincere curiosity, there is enough in the tradition to satisfy the most skeptical of intellects. Best wishes.
@tabrez_talks@MundaPunjaabi@whoiswrs I agree with the indirect involvement, but there are also degrees of indirect involvement as well. Our intention should be to completely move away from or, at least, minimize our exposure.
@tabrez_talks@MundaPunjaabi@whoiswrs It's not about all or none. No legal system works in such binaries. Every individual relationship is different and has a separate ruling. Employment is not indirect, it is direct. The same applies for working for any person or institution who primarily earn from haram sources.
@tabrez_talks@MundaPunjaabi@whoiswrs Taking loans from a bank at interest is the demand side. Not putting your money in the bank.
The former creates a demand for loans, the latter is a separate service in which you are utilizing a service for the storage and protection of your money.
@tabrez_talks@MundaPunjaabi@whoiswrs Anyone on the payroll of the bank as an employee.
Lending money isn't haram, charging interest on it is. Anyone whose income comes from interest revenue is earning from money that is haram.
@tabrez_talks@MundaPunjaabi@whoiswrs The service of keeping someone's money is not haram. Someone putting their money in a bank is not haram as long as they don't take interest on their deposits. Bank lending money out for interest is a separate service which the banks provide.
@tabrez_talks@MundaPunjaabi@whoiswrs Your opinion reflects a lack of understanding. It's a very simple and logically defensible position. There are no 'easy pickings'. Understanding why something is Haram and to which extent is very important. Such opinions only reflect a need for knowledge.
@sadafPervaiz19 @Javed_Hasan1000 Whichever way you go, sacrifices will need to be made. Sacrifice for family used to be the biggest thing after sacrificing for God. The world has changed, but not for the better.
