@British_Airways Avios program and the shopping site is a joke. Still pending Avios credits from October 2023. In total 80000 Avios in pending status. What's wrong with you guys? How hard could it be?

Has your construction work been completed? Or people are still queuing from the night before for their flight? I’m about to move my LHR flights over to you but if I need to wait 2+ hours to pass security, no point to do that.

@InchcapeUK Let's stop pretending shall we and you can't charge the fee that you think it is fair, when you have attempted to paint the car on the street initially. Also you cannot charge a penny, when you have asked me to use SmartGuard and paid out of my pocket for a damage you have done
