@SamsungSA This feels extremely misleading and, from a customer’s perspective, almost like a bait-and-switch: advertise attractive benefits, allow the customer to purchase and activate the device, then reveal additional eligibility conditions afterwards.

If rewards are advertised as coming with the purchase of a device, these conditions should be made VERY CLEAR before the customer buys the phone — not revealed afterwards when they attempt to redeem.

@SamsungSA and attempting to register my details, was I informed that I was “not eligible.”

When I contacted Samsung, I was then told that eligibility apparently required me to have watched the launch/unfolding, pre-ordered the phone and had my details captured beforehand.
